of other departments Oversees the
planning, coordination, and management of
cross-margin studies with other

Management Committee and the Board Committees.
Prepare quarterly back tests and
stress tests and presents the results to senior
executives and regulators including
the SEC's market regulation division and the
SEC and FRBNY examination team.
Maintain qualifies staff through customized
