The selected Independent
Consultant Senior Project Manager-GMI Futures
Operations will join the
world-wide business reengineering team who is
responsible for driving strategic,
industry, technology, and
consolidation initiatives for
global investment banking operations.
There are initiatives to improve

costs. The reengineering
team is the business liaison to the IT group
and provides business analysis,

- Invoice processing:
- Scan and organize the invoices;
- Perform the data entry of the
invoice details
- Support the invoice approval
process: ensure that the invoices
are not stuck in the approval process
- Enter payment updates (check #, pay
date) to an Excel file
- Identify required adjustment entries
to keep records in
synchronization with Finance
- Execute the received goods process
to receive, tag, inventory
and accept invoices for all department
purchases.
- Assist in research and preparing
cost-benefit analyses as
requested
Activity Allocation
The anticipated effort for Auditing
Support will depend on the demands
made by the auditors and is estimates
to range from 10 to 70% of the
Specialist's / Assistant's time.
There will be a fairly consistent
effort required for Financial
Support and peaks during the budget
process. It is expected that the
invoice processing activities will
occupy 30-60% of the Specialist's /
Assistant's time.

Qualified Technology Audit Support
Specialist candidates will have
experience performing technology
audits, experience working within a
technology department and understand
the development and operational
processes, accounting or bookkeeping
skills which will include
purchase processing & accounts
payable including familiarity with best
practices in the industry and be able
to provide guidance to other
members of the staff ideally in a PMO
environment and ideally
understanding of Property &
Casualty insurance operations and a
Bachelor's degree preferably in
Computer Science or Business
Administration.
Qualified
candidates will have clear English writing and English
speaking skills
not requiring repeating during rapid English speaking
conversation.
This salaried
opportunity offers a generous starting base salary in
the $55,000 to
$60,000 per year range based on experience
plus a possible
5% to 10% ($3,000 - $6,000) annual bonus giving a
total possible
annual compensation range of $63,000 to $66,500 per
year including
bonus plus paid company benefits while offering a fast
track
